Integrated Maintenance Industrial Software is an integrated management system for maintenance and monitoring of all kinds of machinery, equipment and vehicles of a company. It is a specialized tool and an aid to proper planning and sound execution of maintenance actions, monitoring of hours and spare parts for machinery .It supports Preventive, Planned, Corrective Maintenance,gives the advantage of excellent maintenance and provides all the information needed to avoid problems in production in order to  reduce maintenance costs.
IMIS is the central management of all information and data relating to equipment of a business, including machinery, buildings, production lines, functions, elements and even machinery.
 
Monitoring Equipment
IMIS fills the gap between the collection of real-time information from machinery and transport and evaluation by the administration. The current state of the equipment, the grounds for dismissal of the machines, followed by insertion into the system, or through terminals, which together interface to the machines can automatically generate the registration of these events.
 
Work Orders
The IMIS manage all work relating to maintenance parts: reports of failures, preparation, design and final registration.
The sources of origin for work orders are as follows:
            1) reports from injuries in corrective maintenance
            2) from programs in preventive maintenance
            3) to alert the user in scheduling maintenance
 
 
Preventive Maintenance
The IMIS defines the program of preventive maintenance.It manages all the work done on each machine individually and also  the work done on a set of machines such as repetitive control, lubrication, etc. The preventive maintenance is activated according to how machines should be managed. For this reason,it supports the creation of preventive maintenance programs on a calendar, based on facts and circumstances basis.A combination of the above three parameters can be used for each machinery equipment. In every program there is the possibility of integration with business models that have all the information necessary for execution of work, ie work instructions, required materials, staff, documents. All data on the activation of programs is carried on work orders to be exported for execution, and in this way is easier and faster.
The whole history of each program is maintained for better control.
